What time is check-in? What time is check-out?

Our check-in time is 2.00 pm and our check-out time is 12.00 noon.

Can I check-in early? Can I check-out late?

If you would like to guarantee an early check-in, we recommend that you book the room for the night prior to arrival, otherwise, the room will be subject to availability.
If you would like to keep the room beyond 12 noon and up until 6 pm, we charge 50% of the daily rate. Beyond 6 pm we charge one full night.

Do you charge for additional guests?

We do not charge a fee for additional guests, however, for security purposes the guest(s) will be required to provide identification.

How much do you charge for WiFi access?

WiFi access is complimentary for all in-house guests.

Can I store my bag?

Yes, you can.

Can I send a package to the hotel?

Yes, you can. However, the recipient of the package must be a guest of the hotel and their name and date of stay clearly indicated.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have an onsite business center. However, our front desk team will be happy to assist you with any necessary business arrangements.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool.

Do you have a fitness center?

Do you have a spa or offer massage services?

No, we do not have a spa, however, we can arrange for an in-room massage service

Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?

We provide dedicated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is allowed in select rooms. Please write to reservations@solitairebangkok.com if you require a smoking room.

How much do you charge for breakfast?

Breakfast is THB 450 nett per person.

Where is breakfast served and at what time?

Breakfast is served @Spice All Day Dining restaurant located on the M floor from 6.00am to 10.30am weekdays and 6.00am to 11.00am weekends.
For those who have booked a Club Sky room, breakfast is served at the Club Sky Lounge on the 16th floor from 6.30am to 10.30am weekdays and 6.30am to 11.00am weekends. Alternatively, club sky guests may also dine @Spice All Day Dining restaurant.

Do you serve halal food?

We do not offer halal food, however, we have dishes available that are pork free

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten free food?

Vegetarian dishes are available on the menu, however, for those with more specific dietary requirements, we recommend that you inform the hotel in advance of your needs.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, we offer room service from our on-site restaurant @Spice All Day Dining. Room service is available from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm, daily.

Is there a doctor on call?

Yes, and additional charges will apply if his services are required. Kindly contact the Front Desk for assistance.

How far is the nearest hospital?

The nearest hospital is Bumrungrad International Hospital located on Sukhumvit Soi 3, a 10-minute drive.

Do you provide wheelchairs?

Yes, we have wheelchairs available.

What is the voltage in Thailand?

Thailand’s voltage is 220-240AC, 50 Hertz.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we have connecting rooms.  One king bedded room connecting to a twin-bedded room.  They are sold as a Family Connect or Grand Family Connect.

Do you have rooms for the physically challenged?

Yes, we have rooms that are wheelchair accessible. Please write to reservations@solitairebangkok.com to book a room.

Can your rooms fit an extra bed and/or baby cot?

Select rooms can fit an extra bed. The cost of an extra bed is THB 1500 nett per bed/night.
A baby cot is provided free of charge and is on a request basis.

How big is your extra bed?

Our extra bed is 3ft W x 6ft L with an 8inch mattress. For additional comfort, our extra beds are not foldable.

Do you have bathtubs?

Only our Grand Deluxe Pool, Junior Suite, Jacuzzi Suite and Grand Jacuzzi Suite room types have a bathtub and separate shower stall. All other rooms are fitted only with a shower stall.

Do you have smoking rooms?

Yes, we have smoking rooms, however, they are on a request basis and subject to availability.

Are rooms fitted with an USB plug socket?

All rooms are fitted with an USB plug sockets.

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you have parking available?

Yes, we offer free parking subject to availability.

Do you have valet parking?

No, we do not offer valet parking.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

We do not offer a free shuttle service from the airport.

Which is the nearest BTS skytrain station to the hotel?

The nearest BTS skytrain station to the hotel is Nana.  It is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Do you offer a shuttle service to the BTS skytrain station or shopping center?

Yes, we offer a free shuttle service to Nana BTS skytrain station and Terminal 21 shopping center.  Click here for more information.

How do I book a group or a meeting?

Do you offer special group rates?

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You may contact us at reservations@solitairebangkok.com with inquiries regarding your reservation, however, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through other parties.  For this reason, we recommend that all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

You must be 18 years old to check in to the room.

What is your cancellation/no-show/deposit policy?

Cancellation/no show/deposit policy vary based on rate plan/package.  Please refer to the cancellation/no-show/deposit policy of the rate plan/package you are planning to book.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, you will be charged 100% if your reservation has not been amended prior to check in.

Are my credit card details necessary when making a reservation?

If you have purchased a rate plan/package that is non-refundable, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.  Otherwise, it is used only as a guarantee.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB and Union Pay) and payment by Ali Pay or WeChat.

Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?

Yes, a deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in.  THB 1,000 per room/night will be collected either in cash or blocked on a credit card.

When will the incidental deposit be returned?

If a cash deposit has been left with the hotel, this will be returned upon check out.
If a deposit has been made by credit card, this will be returned within 2-4 weeks based on the specific credit card and/or bank policy.

How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check-in?

If payment for a room has not been made, it will be the entire room stay plus THB 1,000 per day for incidentals.
